All games available on H5freegames are provided by GameMonetize.com (“GameMonetize”). We do not develop, own, or control these games, and all game-related content, including advertisements and user interactions, is managed solely by GameMonetize and its partners.

We do not collect, access, or process any data related to in-game advertisements or gameplay behavior. In-game Advertisements Data refers to any information related to advertisements displayed within the games, including user interactions, preferences, and tracking information. Gameplay Data refers to data concerning user activities within the games, such as in-game actions, progress, achievements, and any other related interactions. Advertisements displayed within the games are entirely managed by GameMonetize and its respective advertising partners, and we have no access to or retrieve, store, or influence, any In-game Advertisements Data. Likewise, we do not collect or process any Gameplay Data. All such data is handled exclusively by GameMonetize.

6. HOW YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS

To exercise your rights described above, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us via email service@pegasus-space.com. Only you or your authorized agent may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for information twice within a 12-month period. A verifiable consumer request must: Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify your identity and make us confirm we collected personal information about you; Describe your request with sufficient details that allows us to understand and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request accurately if we cannot verify your identity.

7. HOW WE RESPOND YOUR REQUEST

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 30 days of receipt. If we require more time (up to 60 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period by email, telephone or other electronic means.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

8. CHILDREN UNDER 16
